Evert began his career working for Andy Mangano as a laborer at Centex Homes in 1992. Just one year later he was promoted to Assistant Field Manager and in 1995 he was promoted to Field Manager. In 1998 Evert left Centex Homes to work for The Allen Group, where he was Production Manger for the firm’s Las Vegas Division. In 1998, Evert returned to the Central Valley Division of Mangano/Allen to supervise their premier residential project, Rancho Santa Barbara, in Visalia. Evert then worked from 2002 until 2004 for Moore Development as Production Manager/Senior Superintendent for multi-family units, a hotel annex and custom homes. Evert rejoined Andy in 2004 as Senior Field Manager for Mangano Homes and was promoted to Construction Manager in 2006.
As Construction Manager, Evert is responsible for all aspects of construction from land development to move-in, working with customers, Design Studio staff, sales staff and subcontractors. Since entering the construction industry, Evert has supervised the completion of 550 homes
