Rhonda has been working with the Mangano family since 1989, when she joined The Mangano Company as the warranty manager. She served in that position for two years before becoming Executive Assistant for the division president, Andy Mangano.
Over the next 13 years, Rhonda worked with Andy through various transformations of the family business. In 2004, she was named to her current position, Vice-President of Operations for Mangano Homes.
Rhonda works closely with all aspects of the business, including acquisitions, sales and marketing. She is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office and works directly with the company president, Andy Mangano, to ensure that projects are moving forward smoothly.
